Delivers 1A peak output current with typical turn-on and turn-off delay times of 1ns. Operates from a 9V to 14V supply voltage and is compatible with CMOS logic. Packaged in an 8-pin HVSSOP EP with gull-wing leads, measuring 3.1mm x 3.1mm x 0.95mm.
