Wide input range synchronous buck controller with analog current monitor. Features a 5.5V to 65V input voltage range and adjustable output voltage from 800mV to 62V. Operates at a 750kHz switching frequency with a 4.8mA quiescent current. Designed for surface mount with a 1mm thickness, 4.4mm width, and 6.5mm length in an HTSSOP package. Supports up to 20A maximum output current and is RoHS compliant.
