Single-channel video amplifier featuring a 100MHz bandwidth and 160MHz -3dB bandwidth. This surface-mount SOIC package offers a high slew rate of 3600V/µs and an output current of 116mA. Operating with dual supply voltages from ±2.75V to ±17V, or single supply from 5.5V to 34V, it provides excellent signal integrity with 80dB common mode rejection and 85dB power supply rejection. Ideal for video amplification applications, this component is RoHS compliant and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
