
The LM63DIMA is an 11-bit digital temperature sensor with a supply voltage range of 3V to 3.6V. It is available in a SOIC package and is designed for surface mount applications. The sensor operates over a temperature range of 0°C to 85°C. It is not radiation hardened and is not compliant with RoHS or Reach SVHC.
