The LM71CIMF is a 13-bit digital temperature sensor with an accuracy of ±2°C. It operates over a supply voltage range of 2.65V to 5.5V and has a typical operating supply voltage of 3.3V or 5V. The sensor is available in a 5-pin SOT-23 package and is suitable for measuring temperatures from -40°C to 150°C.
