
Single high output current operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail input and output. This CMOS amplifier offers a 16 MHz gain bandwidth product and operates from a minimum single supply of 2.5V up to 32V, or dual supplies from ±1.25V to ±16V. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 surface-mount configuration with gull-wing leads, it is suitable for automotive applications with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
