The LM77CIM-5 is a digital humidity sensor with I2C interface, suitable for surface mount applications. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and has a quiescent current of 250uA. The sensor is available in a SOIC package and is packaged in rail or tube form. Note that this device contains lead and is not RoHS compliant.
