
The LM8330 is a 104-channel I2C I/O expander designed for high-speed applications. It operates over a temperature range of -30°C to 85°C and is powered by a 1.98V supply voltage. The device is available in a lead-free DSBGA-25 package and is RoHS compliant. The LM8330 supports I2C communication at a maximum frequency of 400kHz.
