The LM89CIMMX/NOPB is an 11-bit digital humidity sensor with I2C and SMBus interfaces, operating at a supply voltage of 3.3V. It is packaged in a lead-free MSOP package and is RoHS compliant. The sensor is designed to operate over a temperature range of 0°C to 125°C. The quiescent current is 1.7mA. The sensor is not radiation hardened.
