
High-speed buffer amplifier with a 110MHz -3dB bandwidth and 2900V/µs slew rate. Features 300mA output current capability and operates from a 2.5V to 16V dual supply or 5V to 32V single supply. This single-channel, surface-mount buffer amplifier offers 60dB CMRR and 58dB PSRR, with an input bias current of 2µA and input offset voltage of 4mV. Designed for operation across a -40°C to 125°C temperature range, it is packaged in a TO-263 case.
