Operates with dual supply voltages from 3.5V to 6V, or single supply from 7V to 12V. Offers 80dB voltage gain, 80mA output current, and 16mA supply current. Input bias current is 3.7µA with an input offset voltage of 55mV and input resistance of 7MΩ. This surface mount component is RoHS compliant and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
