
Wideband operational amplifier featuring a 1.7 GHz -3dB bandwidth and gain bandwidth product. This single-channel, surface-mount device offers ultra-low distortion with a 3100 V/µs slew rate and 80mA output current. Operating across a dual supply voltage range of 5V to 6V, it provides a 45dB common mode rejection ratio and 47dB power supply rejection ratio. The amplifier is housed in a lead-free SOIC package, suitable for operation from -40°C to 85°C.
