Step-down DC-DC converter with adjustable output voltage from 0.6V to 4.5V and a maximum output current of 1.5A. Input voltage range is 3V to 5.5V. Features a 6-pin WSON EP package with exposed pad, measuring 3x3x0.8mm, suitable for surface mounting. Achieves up to 93% efficiency and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
