A single general-purpose low-voltage comparator offers a typical propagation delay of 200 ns (600 ns maximum) and precise performance with a maximum input offset voltage of 7 mV at 5V and an input bias current of 0.25 µA maximum at 5V. Operating from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply, it consumes a low quiescent current of 60 µA typically (120 µA maximum). The device features a versatile output, providing rail-to-rail, open-collector, CMOS, and TTL-compatible functionality, capable of delivering a typical output current of 84 mA at 5V. Designed for surface mount applications, it comes in a tiny SC70-5 (SOT-353 / DCK) package and operates across a -40°C to +85°C temperature range. It is RoHS compliant and rated at Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) 1. Single General-Purpose Low-Voltage Comparator in a tiny SC70 package, featuring rail-to-rail output and open-collector architecture.
