Quad general purpose low-voltage comparators featuring four independent channels. Operating from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply range, these bipolar ICs offer a 7mV input offset voltage and 250nA input bias current. The 14-SOIC package supports surface mounting with CMOS output compatibility and a 10mA output current per channel. Designed for operation between -40°C and 125°C, these RoHS compliant components have a typical supply current of 300uA and a response time of 600ns.
