
Six-channel CMOS window comparator featuring 1.5% precision and a 400mV internal reference. Operating over a 2.2V to 5.5V supply range, this surface mount component offers a 6mV input offset voltage and 5nA input bias current. With a 60uA quiescent current and 5.6us response time, it is suitable for applications from -40°C to 125°C. The 4mm x 4mm x 0.8mm package is supplied on tape and reel.
