
Single low voltage, push-pull comparator, ideal for general-purpose applications. Features a 1.8µs response time and 2.1µs propagation delay, operating from 1.8V to 5.5V supply voltage. Offers a 78dB Common Mode Rejection Ratio and 80dB Power Supply Rejection Ratio. With a low 14µA supply current and 10nA input bias current, this BICMOS device is housed in a 5-SOT-23 surface mount package. Suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C, it is RoHS compliant.
