Dual-output, fixed linear voltage regulator IC offering 1.8V and 3.3V outputs, each capable of 150mA. Features a 240mV dropout voltage and 1.25% accuracy. Operates with a maximum input voltage of 16V and a minimum of 2.1V. Boasts a 70dB PSRR and a quiescent current of 300µA. Surface mountable in an 8-pin USMD package, supplied on tape and reel.
