Dual-output, fixed positive linear voltage regulator IC for power management. Features 1.8V and 2.5V fixed outputs, each capable of 150mA output current. Offers 1.25% accuracy and a low dropout voltage of 240mV. Operates with a maximum input voltage of 16V and a minimum input voltage of 2.1V. Includes a 70dB power supply rejection ratio and a quiescent current of 300µA. Surface mount package with tape and reel packaging.
