Features a 200mV dropout voltage and 1.25% accuracy, operating from a 2.2V to 16V input voltage range. This positive output regulator is housed in a 5-SOT-23 surface mount package, suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C. Includes a shutdown pin and offers a 63dB PSRR.
