
3-A adjustable ultra-low-dropout linear voltage regulator, featuring a 1.5% output voltage accuracy and a low dropout voltage of 420mV. This positive polarity regulator operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V input, providing up to 3A of output current. Designed for surface mount applications, it is housed in a TO-263-5 package and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The device includes an enable function and is RoHS compliant.
