1A adjustable output CMOS linear voltage regulator, featuring a low dropout voltage of 450mV and stable operation with ceramic output capacitors. This positive polarity, single-output IC supports an input voltage range of 2.7V to 10V and an adjustable output voltage from 1.25V up to 9V. With a maximum output current of 1A and a quiescent current of 55µA, it operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The device is housed in a 5-SOT-223 surface mount package, supplied on tape and reel.
