High-accuracy, low-dropout linear voltage regulator with 300mA output current. Features adjustable output voltage from 1.25V to 6V with 2% accuracy. Operates with input voltages from 2.5V to 6V and a low dropout voltage of 120mV. Includes power good and enable functions, housed in a compact 8-VSSOP surface-mount package. Suitable for operation across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
