Features a low dropout voltage of 60mV and high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 50dB. Operates from a 2.7V to 6V input voltage range with a maximum power dissipation of 250mW. Offers 2.5% accuracy, 130µA quiescent current, and a minimum current limit of 300mA. Designed for surface mount applications, packaged in tape and reel.
