Dual micropower, 150 mA ultra-low-dropout CMOS voltage regulators offer fixed 2.8V output with 2.5% accuracy. Featuring a low 60mV dropout voltage and a maximum input voltage of 6V, these surface-mount devices operate from 2.7V to 6V. With a maximum supply current of 320µA and a quiescent current of 130µA, they are suitable for power-sensitive applications. The regulators provide a Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 50dB and operate across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
