Features an 80mV dropout voltage, 150mA maximum output current, and a wide input voltage range of 2.5V to 6V. Operates from -40°C to 125°C with a low quiescent current of 120µA and a maximum supply current of 200µA. This single-output, positive voltage regulator is available in a 5-DSBGA surface mount package, supplied on tape and reel.
