The LP5868 is a high-performance LED matrix driver integrating 18 constant current sinks with 8 scan switches to support up to 144 LED dots or 48 RGB LEDs. It supports both analog dimming (8-bit) and PWM dimming (8-bit or 16-bit) with audible-noise-free frequencies. The device features integrated ghost-cancellation circuitry, LED open/short detection, and a full addressable SRAM to minimize data traffic. Communication is supported via 12MHz SPI or 1MHz I2C interfaces.
