Dual positive fixed output linear voltage regulator, offering 300mA and 150mA current capabilities. Features a 2-channel, 2-output configuration with a 2.75% accuracy and 60dB PSRR. Operates from a 2V to 6V input, with output voltages as low as 800mV. Surface mountable in a 10-WSON package, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C. Low quiescent current of 110uA and supply current of 170uA.
