The LP8865-Q1 family is a non-synchronous multi-topology LED driver solution with a 4.5V to 65V wide input range. It integrates a low-side NMOS switch (typical 2.6A, 150mΩ) and supports boost, buck, and buck-boost topologies. The X-version features fast PWM dimming with 150ns pulse width support and integrated spread spectrum for improved EMI performance. It is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications including infotainment, instrument clusters, and lighting.
