
Nanopower, CMOS input, RRIO comparator featuring a 1.8V minimum operating supply voltage and a 5.5V maximum supply voltage. This single-channel, push-pull output device offers a 120dB voltage gain and a 98dB common mode rejection ratio. With a low quiescent current of 750nA and a maximum supply current of 1.03uA, it is ideal for low-power applications. The comparator operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and is available in a 5-SC70 surface mount package.
