Operates with a nominal supply voltage of 5V (4.5V to 5.5V). This logic IC offers a maximum operating frequency of 25MHz with a propagation delay of 60ns at nominal supply. Packaged in a 14-terminal ceramic dual in-line package (CDIP) with a JEDEC code of R-GDFP-F14.
