This 20-terminal, DUAL in-line ceramic package (R-XDIP-T20) offers a 20-pin configuration with a propagation delay of 29ns at nominal supply voltage. Operating from a 2V to 6V supply, this BUS DRIVER logic IC supports UNIDIRECTIONAL data flow and utilizes an ENABLE LOW control type. It is screened to MIL-PRF-38535 Class B standards.
