Dual channel RS-232 line driver/receiver with 250Kbps data rate, operating from 3V to 5.5V supply. Features +/-15kV IEC-ESD protection and 300mV receiver hysteresis. This surface mount transceiver, housed in a 16-SSOP package, supports full duplex communication with two drivers and two receivers. RoHS compliant and lead-free, it operates across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
