16-bit RISC microcontroller featuring 16KB Flash and 1KB RAM. This single-phase metering SoC integrates two Sigma-Delta ADCs, an LCD controller, and a real-time clock. Operating across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, it supports a nominal supply voltage of 3V (2.4V to 3.6V) with a maximum supply current of 9.54mA. The 80-terminal, QUAD position LQFP package offers 52 I/O lines and includes PWM channels and DMA channels.
