16-bit RISC microcontroller featuring an 8 MHz maximum clock frequency. This MCU offers 60KB of FLASH program memory and 2KB of SRAM data memory. Integrated peripherals include a 12-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC), dual Digital-to-Analog Converters (DACs), Direct Memory Access (DMA) controller, three operational amplifiers (OpAmps), and support for a 128-segment LCD driver.
