System on Chip (SoC) applications processor featuring an ARM Cortex A8 device core operating at up to 600 MHz. This 65nm process technology component offers a 32-bit data bus, 64KB RAM, and 112KB program memory. The 515-pin POP-FCBGA package, with a 0.65mm pin pitch, supports surface mount installation. Dual 10-bit DACs and multiple interface options including I2C, SPI, UART, and USB are integrated.
