This 65nm process technology device offers a 32-bit data bus, 112KB program memory, and 64KB RAM. It is housed in a 423-pin BGA package with a 0.65mm pin pitch, designed for surface mounting. Dual 10/10-bit DACs and extensive interface support including I2C, SPI, UART, and USB are integrated. Operating voltage ranges from 1.8V to 1.89V, with an operating temperature range of 0°C to 90°C.
