Operates from a minimum dual supply voltage of 2.25V up to a maximum of 18V, or a single supply from 4.5V to 36V. Offers low input bias current of 100pA and 500µV input offset voltage. Packaged in a 14-SOIC (D) with dimensions of 8.65mm length, 3.91mm width, and 1.75mm height. RoHS compliant and lead-free, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
