Dual, single-supply, rail-to-rail operational amplifier featuring a 5.5MHz gain bandwidth product and 6V/µs slew rate. This general-purpose amplifier offers 2 channels with a low operating supply current of 750µA and a 50mA output current per channel. Designed with CMOS technology, it operates from 2.5V to 5.5V supply voltages and boasts a high voltage gain of 124dB. The amplifier exhibits excellent common mode rejection ratio of 80dB and power supply rejection ratio of 90.46dB, with a low input bias current of 10pA and input offset voltage of 500µV. Packaged in an 8-SOIC (D) case, this RoHS compliant component is supplied on tape and reel.
