Single, low-power operational amplifier featuring a 350kHz bandwidth and 0.2V/µs slew rate. This precision amplifier offers a 120dB voltage gain and a 350kHz gain bandwidth product. Operating from a minimum dual supply voltage of 1.35V up to a maximum of 18V, or a single supply from 2.7V to 36V, it consumes a nominal 275µA operating supply current. With a low input offset voltage of 100µV and 30nA input bias current, it provides excellent performance across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The 8-SOIC package is RoHS compliant.
