This CMOS amplifier offers rail-to-rail input/output operation with a 150V/µs slew rate and 30ns settling time. Operating from a 1.25V to 5.5V supply range, it provides 110dB voltage gain and 56dB CMRR. The device is packaged in an 8-SO PowerPAD, suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C, and is RoHS compliant.
