High-performance operational amplifier with a 1.5MHz unity gain bandwidth and 0.5V/µs slew rate. Features a low input offset voltage of 950µV maximum and 0.04µA maximum bias current. This single-function, voltage-feedback amplifier operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, suitable for military applications. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 (PDSO5) with dimensions of 2.9mm x 1.6mm, it supports dual supply voltages up to ±18V.
