Dual, high-speed precision transimpedance amplifier featuring a 90MHz gain bandwidth product and 80V/µs slew rate. Offers 110dB common mode rejection ratio and 112.4dB power supply rejection ratio. Input bias current is 50pA with an input offset voltage of 25µV. Operates from 2.7V to 5.5V supply voltage, with a typical operating supply current of 7.5mA. Packaged in VSSOP, this RoHS compliant component is suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
