Dual wide bandwidth operational amplifier featuring a 2GHz gain bandwidth product and 250MHz -3dB bandwidth. This current feedback amplifier offers a high slew rate of 1800V/µs and 220MHz bandwidth. Operating from 2V to 6.3V dual supply or 5V to 12V single supply, it provides 500mA output current per channel. The 16-pin VQFN package houses two independent amplifier circuits with a 49dB CMRR and 52dB PSRR.
