
The OPA2677T is a dual operational amplifier from Texas Instruments with a gain bandwidth product of 2GHz and a -3db bandwidth of 250MHz. It is available in a surface mount SOIC package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The op-amp has an input bias current of 10uA and an input offset voltage of 1mV. It can supply up to 18mA of operating current and deliver 500mA of output current per channel.
