Single-channel, 1.8V CMOS operational amplifier featuring a 3MHz gain bandwidth product and 1.5V/µs slew rate. This general-purpose op-amp offers low noise performance with a 10pA input bias current and 2.5mV input offset voltage. Operating from a minimum dual supply voltage of 900mV up to a maximum of 2.75V, or a single supply from 1.8V to 5.5V, it provides 75dB common mode rejection and 78dB power supply rejection. The device operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and delivers 20mA output current.
