Four-channel, 1-MHz operational amplifier featuring low-noise and low-power CMOS technology. This general-purpose op amp offers a 1MHz gain bandwidth product and a 0.5V/µs slew rate, operating from a minimum supply voltage of 1.8V up to 5.5V. With a high voltage gain of 110dB and a low input bias current of 0.2pA, it provides excellent performance across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The component is housed in a 14-TSSOP package, measuring 5.1mm in length, 4.5mm in width, and 1.05mm in height, and is RoHS compliant.
