Wideband, unity-gain stable FET-input operational amplifier featuring a 500MHz -3dB bandwidth and 230MHz gain bandwidth product. This single-channel amplifier offers a high slew rate of 290V/µs and 16ns settling time, with a 70mA output current per channel. Operating from a dual supply voltage range of 5V up to a maximum of 6V, or a single supply from 10V to 12V, it provides 80dB common mode rejection and 72dB power supply rejection. The amplifier is housed in an 8-SOIC package, operates from -40°C to 85°C, and is RoHS compliant.
