Single-channel, 12V CMOS operational amplifier featuring a 20MHz gain bandwidth product and 30V/µs slew rate. This general-purpose op-amp offers low input bias current of 200pA and a high common mode rejection ratio of 88dB. Operating across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, it supports dual supply voltages from 2V to 6V and a maximum single supply voltage of 12V. The device is available in an 8-VSSOP package and includes a shutdown feature.
