Programmable gain instrumentation amplifier with 50µV offset and selectable gains of 1, 10, 100, and 1000. Features a 1MHz -3dB bandwidth, 80dB common mode rejection ratio, and 2nA input bias current. Operates from a dual supply of ±4.5V to ±18V or a single supply of 9V to 36V. Offers a low input offset voltage of 10µV and high input resistance of 10GR. This 16-PDIP packaged device is RoHS compliant and suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
